Entry point
Digital Operations Audit
Starting at $500
A short, bounded engagement that tells you where your time is going and what to fix first. This is a proposed launch price for a new offering, not an established market rate.
What it includes
- /One discovery session with the people doing the work
- /A review of a limited, agreed number of workflows and tools
- /A written, prioritized roadmap of what to address and in what order
Scope, timing, deliverable length, and the final fee are confirmed in a written agreement before any payment. Implementation is not included and is quoted separately. There is no online checkout — the audit begins after the agreement is signed.

How the work runs.
01
Discover
We look at how the work happens now — the tools, the hand-offs, the parts that cost you time.
02
Define
We agree the scope in writing, with milestones, payment points, and the revisions included before development starts.
03
Design & Build
Design and build in reviewable stages, so you see the work as it comes together rather than at the end.
04
Launch & Evolve
We launch, hand over the accounts and access, and adjust from there as real use shows what to change.
Scope, milestones, payment points, and the revisions included are agreed in writing before development begins.
Ongoing
Support after launch.
A monthly plan, built around what you actually need — updates, small improvements, monitoring, and a person who knows your system. Hours, response expectations, and the monthly fee are set in the written agreement.
Questions
Straight answers.
How does pricing work?
Most projects are quoted individually, because the work depends on what you need. The Digital Operations Audit has a published starting price of $500. Every engagement — audit included — is confirmed in a written agreement with the scope and the final fee before any payment is made.
What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That is a normal starting point. Ask for the free introductory call or the audit: both are designed to turn a general frustration into a specific, prioritized plan.
Can you improve a site or system we already have?
Yes. We work on existing sites and existing systems as often as we build new ones. We will tell you honestly when repairing what you have is the better value.
Do you handle hosting, domains, and business email?
We can help you set up hosting, a domain, and business email, and we recommend those accounts are registered in your business’s name so you own and control them. Third-party services charge their own ongoing fees, paid by you directly to the provider. Any setup assistance we provide is quoted as part of the written scope.
Do you work with small businesses and nonprofits?
Yes — small businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and founder-led teams are the core of our practice.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. The written agreement sets out milestones and target dates for your specific project rather than a generic timeline.
How do you approach AI?
Only after a feasibility and privacy review. We look at what data would be involved, where it would go, and whether a simpler non-AI approach would serve you better. If AI is not the right tool, we say so.
Who owns the work?
Ownership is set out in the contract for each engagement. Our standing recommendation is that you control your domain, hosting, and service accounts.
